Guidelines

1. Respect for All Members

The foundation of a healthy community is mutual respect. Every person who accesses Roaring Burst Play is a Canadian adult who has chosen to spend their time here. That choice deserves to be honoured.

• Treat all members with courtesy, regardless of differences in opinion, playing style, or background.
• Do not use language that is derogatory, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory on any basis, including race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Do not engage in personal attacks, public shaming, or targeted harassment of any individual.
• Disagreements should be expressed calmly and constructively. Hostility has no place in this community.
• Show patience with newer members who may be unfamiliar with the platform or its conventions.

Respect is not optional — it is the minimum standard for participation on Roaring Burst Play. Members who consistently fail to meet this standard will have their access reviewed.

2. Fair Play

Roaring Burst Play is a social arcade platform, and the integrity of the experience depends on every member playing fairly and honestly. Our interactive arcade experiences are designed to be enjoyable within the parameters set by the platform.

• Do not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features within any arcade experience on the platform.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform in ways not intended by its design.
• Do not share false or misleading information about how the arcade experiences work, in ways that could disadvantage or mislead other members.
• If you discover a technical issue or potential exploit, report it to us via the Contact page rather than taking advantage of it. Responsible disclosure is appreciated and valued.
• Respect the terms of the platform as outlined in our Terms of Service.

3. Age Compliance

Roaring Burst Play is exclusively for adults aged 19 and over residing in Canada. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement.

• Do not attempt to access the platform if you are under the age of 19.
• Do not assist or encourage any person under the age of 19 to access the platform, including by sharing login details or circumventing the age verification screen.
• Do not misrepresent your age when confirming the age gate on our platform.
• If you become aware that an underage individual has accessed the platform, please report this immediately via hello@roaringburstplay.com.

Age compliance is both a legal and an ethical obligation. We take every report related to underage access seriously and act swiftly to investigate and resolve any concerns.

4. Content Standards

Members of the Roaring Burst Play community may interact with us through feedback forms, contact submissions, and community-facing communications. All content submitted to the platform must meet these standards:

• Content must not contain obscene, sexually explicit, or graphically violent material.
• Content must not include hate speech, slurs, or language that demeans individuals or groups.
• Content must not spread disinformation, conspiracy theories, or false claims about Roaring Burst Play, its staff, or its members.
• Content must not constitute spam, unsolicited promotional material, or repeated identical submissions.
• Content must not impersonate Roaring Burst Play staff, other community members, or any real or fictional entity in a deceptive manner.
• Content must not contain personal information about third parties shared without their consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to take further action against the submitting party as warranted.

5. Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Roaring Burst Play and will result in immediate review and potential removal from the platform:

• Attempting to hack, breach, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform or any user account.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to access.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or suspension.
• Engaging in any form of extortion, coercion, or blackmail directed at platform staff or other members.
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or any content designed to harm the devices or data of other members or staff.
• Using the platform or its contact channels for any illegal purpose under Canadian law.
• Deliberately attempting to disrupt the availability or performance of the platform.

We cooperate with Canadian law enforcement and may share information about prohibited behaviour where required by law or necessary to protect the safety of our members or staff.

6. Reporting Issues

Every member of the Roaring Burst Play community has a role to play in keeping the platform safe. If you observe behaviour that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it.

• Use the Contact page to submit a report. Please include as much detail as possible: the nature of the issue, when it occurred, and any relevant context.
• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We aim to acknowledge reports within one business day and to provide an update on their resolution within five business days.
• Reports are treated confidentially. The identity of the person making a report will not be shared with the subject of that report.
• False or malicious reports — submitted with the intent to harm an innocent party — are themselves a violation of these guidelines and will be treated accordingly.

7. Enforcement

Roaring Burst Play enforces these guidelines consistently and fairly. Our approach to enforcement is proportionate to the severity and frequency of the violation.

• First-time minor violations may result in a warning and a request to modify the behaviour in question.
• Repeated minor violations or single serious violations may result in a temporary suspension from the platform.
• Severe violations — including illegal behaviour, security breaches, or repeated offences after prior warnings — will result in permanent removal from the platform without further notice.

Members who believe an enforcement action has been applied in error may contact us at hello@roaringburstplay.com to request a review. We aim to handle all appeals fairly and transparently. Enforcement decisions are made by human moderators, not automated systems, ensuring that context and nuance are always considered.

8. Updates to These Guidelines

These community guidelines are reviewed regularly and updated as the platform evolves. Changes may be made in response to new features, shifts in community behaviour, changes in applicable law, or feedback from the community itself.

When we make material changes to these guidelines, we will note the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised guidelines. We encourage all members to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current standards.
